This notice explains how JHNY LLC handles Google user data in connection with Lucien Paid Media, a private internal advertising analytics and campaign-control tool for Body by JHNY.

Google data the tool accesses

When an authorized user connects a Google Ads account, Lucien Paid Media may access Google Ads account metadata and resource identifiers; campaign, ad group, ad, asset, keyword, search-term, destination-URL, conversion-action, and change-history information; and aggregate reporting metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, and related performance measures.

The tool does not request Google Account passwords, Google Ads billing instruments, payment-card data, Customer Match lists, or App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API data.

How Google data is used

• Produce internal performance reporting and diagnostics.
• Review campaign and landing-page alignment.
• Identify measurement or configuration issues.
• Prepare and, after explicit authorization, apply Google Ads campaign adjustments.
• Maintain approval, change, readback, and rollback evidence for internal governance.

Google user data is not used for unrelated advertising, sold, or used to build profiles for third parties.

Authorization and access

Lucien Paid Media uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API scope needed to manage and report on Google Ads accounts authorized by the account owner. Access is limited to JHNY LLC owner, employees, and authorized contractors who require it for Body by JHNY operations.

Storage and security

When the tool is activated, OAuth credentials and tokens will be stored in encrypted, access-controlled systems operated for JHNY LLC. Credentials and tokens will not be published on this website or stored in public source code. Operational records are limited to the information reasonably needed for reporting, troubleshooting, approvals, audit, and recovery.

Sharing

JHNY LLC does not sell Google user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure or security providers only as necessary to operate the private tool, subject to access controls and applicable contractual obligations, or disclosed when required by law.

Retention and deletion

OAuth credentials and tokens are retained only while the connection is authorized and operationally needed. Reporting and audit records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, security, legal, and recovery purposes, then deleted or de-identified. An authorized user may revoke Google access through their Google Account connections settings. Requests for access, correction, or deletion may be sent to bodybyjhny@gmail.com.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Lucien Paid Media's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the tool, law, or operational practices. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
