Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

Return Eligibility

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact hello@bodybyjhny.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Opened Products

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used body-care products are final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@bodybyjhny.com promptly with your order number and photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional processing time.
